About Our Surveillance Services   

Surveillance is an invaluable tool.  We utilize this tool by offering contracts involving customized programs to suit the needs of insurance carriers and self-insured.  The evidence gathering by our experienced investigators assists our clients and their counsel in pursuing suspect or fraudulent claims.

Training and Equipment

The success of our surveillance services can be directly attributed to the comprehensive, in-house and field training program which is mandatory for all new Covert Options Investigators.  The comprehensive program covers all aspects of covert surveillance, including static and mobile observations.  All Investigators are equipped with 3CCD camera’s with zoom lenses and night vision capabilities.  We utilize a wide variety of in-house specialty gear for capturing video, when your basic investigation company cannot.

Our Investigators can give clients daily updates through e-mail or telephone to ensure each surveillance assignment is professionally managed to completion.
